Upgrading my PC

The stock GTX 750 Ti requires only a 300W PSU based on the reference clock values. That EVGA card has been overclocked and so will have a slightly higher power usage and therefore it's safer to recommend a slightly more powerful PSU. yes it will run the gtx 750ti just fine. but will not be able to upgrade it further until new psu after that card.

Can you recommend and PSU because i dont think my motherboard isnt compatible with any other PSU... i may be wrong

The EVGA one will be fine, it's not out of stock like the Zotac one but if you have time to wait i would maybe get the zotac one so the psu handles better. but if you are building/ordering this week just get the EVGa one.

I was gonna buy one of those brands but my case is a slim and those psus wont fit i think

your mobo works with any PSU. but don't get bad brand one like raidmax etc. best brands are Corsair,XFX and Seasonic.
