Upgrading my PC

Hello,

I am currently using this motherboard http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3159#ov
CPU : Intel Core i5 750
Ram : 2x2 gb DDR3 1333hz 9-9-9-24
GPU : 2x Nvidia GTX 260 (SLI)

I am on a low budget so i will be upgrading piece by piece

I was thinking of upgrading my memory 1st to a hyperx fury 1866hz 2x 8gb,
http://www.kingston.com/us/hyperx/memory/fury

(this memory could be used on my current motherboard and then with my new one too)
followed by upgrading my motherboard to something like this:
g1 sniper z87 http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4802#kf

with a gpu like this one :
Nvidia gtx 760 http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-SuperClocked-Dual-Link-Graphics-02G-P4-2765-KR/dp/B00DHW4HXY/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1402224211&sr=1-1&keywords=geforce+gtx+760

and cpu :
intel i7 4790 http://ark.intel.com/products/80806/Intel-Core-i7-4790-Processor-8M-Cache-up-to-4_00-GHz

Now this is all still theoretical and I am looking for any advice you could have for me for cheaper / better products, or any problems that my occur with using these parts (power usage, connectivity etc). This will be a gaming PC that I will be using for streaming in the future.

Thanks in advance

Could you please elaborate ? I have chosen a motherboard I could afford , g1 sniper z87 with a z87 chipset for the fury hyperx, 1150 socket for the i7 4790 and the nvidia 760. What have I missed? why are these not compatible?

''What have I missed? why are these not compatible?''

sorry...my mistake i though you talk about the old hardwares you have and wanted to upgrade

your new rig look very good ...but better to take a Z97 mobo to go with the new i7 4790K ..will release soon or keep the i7 4790 , but still need a 97 mobo chipset for futur proof rig
