Here is my current PC specifications: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?cc=uk&lc=en&docname=c03528348#N391

My current Graphics Card is horrible, I've had this PC for almost 2 years now and managed to play at low graphics all the time. I'd like to upgrade the graphics card to a better card that can play modern games on high graphics, it doesn't have to be a titan. I would like it to be cheap depending on how many other parts I have to upgrade in my PC to be able to handle the graphics card.

I would like to know aswell, if I got the graphics card you recommend, what else would I have to buy and would there be enough room?

Solution

the reason for the mobo is that your case is a mini itx, nothing else will fit in it.
you might as well, but you can recycle your RAM, HDD, and optical drive. But the rest really should be scrapped. by recycling you save about £100.

what is your budget? and you may need a new psu.

Around £300?

that processor will bottleneck most decent cards.
you'd need a new processor - maybe an I3
a mini itx MOBO - any B85, h81 that would fit will do.
check the length of the HD7450, and then find something of a comparable length, maybe look at the 750 Ti
get a new PSU, cheapest but best for you would be the XFX 550W.
that should cover what you need.

the 7450 is an intergrated gpu

What is the reason for the MOBO?
Are all of those parts necessary? If I have to upgrade that many parts I'd rather just build a new computer.
