bios version-intel corp.WVG4110H.86A.0015.2010
ram- 2 gb
graphic card - intel G41 Express chipset
processor- i
Intel core 2 duo processor E7500 @ 2.93 ghz

Need not only budget but also upgrade for what? For just regular use for email/documents/videos, you don't need to upgrade except maybe more RAM.

We need to know the case size and power supply brand and model.

If you have a very small case it will be tough finding a video card for gaming.

For a Core 2 Duo, something like an nVidia GT 730 64-bit GDDR5 or Radeon 7750 would be a good match, as long as your power supply can run them. Double the RAM to 4, maybe 8 if you can find decently priced sticks for your system, that may help another bit over 4 gig .
