Upgrading My pc?!?!

I need some guidance on how to and in what way I can upgrade my pc for games like Ark, Rust, H1z1 (I understand theyre alphas) I've been to several forums but I wanna make sure before I go spend my money my rig is
Intel Core i5 CPU 750 @ 2.67GHz, 8.0GB RAM, AMD Radeon HD 5700 Series
I was told to double my ram and upgrade my video cards and since I am new apologize if I have to ask you to explain in detail thanks 🙂

You might also want to add another 8 gb or ram 😛

depend on your budget.
gpu is the minimum, then cpu/motherboard

Your CPU is falling too far behind. If you get a really good new GPU, the CPU is going to struggle and bottleneck it, resulting in you not even getting maximum performance out of the GPU. Your processor is 5 generations old and has a pretty low frequency. It'll struggle on CPU intense games, and I know H1Z1 is exactly one of those.

Do you have a budget?
I would recommend a new graphics card. You can get a gtx 970 for around $320.
You might not need to replace the cpu if you're happy with the speed, but if you do then you'll need a new mobo as well. I would look into the Xeon processors if you go that route.

8 GB's it's enough for the majority of games, including those you play.
As for the GPU upgrade we need to know what Power Supply do you got.
What's your budget?

I don't see how he'd benefit from a Xeon for gaming unless he is recording or streaming. An Skylake I5 would be the best option.

Im not sure how much do those matter? cause this pc wass built not prebuilt

It;s a Corsair TX power supply from 2008. It has poor voltage regulation at load but otherwise is a decent unit. You should be fine but can upgrade if you want.
