Upgrading My PC

What are the necessary parts needed to run some of the latest games like GTA 5 on low/medium graphics setting on a playable fps? Currently my PC has 4gb ram, a processor with a clock speed of 2.8ghz, Intel HD graphics card.

Please tell me if more infomation is needed. What I need is a pc that can run most games on low graphics setting at 60 fps. Basically, a budget pc for gaming.

I'll pay what I have to pay. As I've mentioned what I need is PC that can run the latest game with low graphics settings at a playable fps since I don't really care about graphics. As for the power supply, I think it's a 450W PSU (I can't check the brand as I;m away from home). And I don't get what you mean by pre built system. Can you explain?

Built it myself. Bought the case and parts then put it together myself.

I'm not sure. When I picked the case, I was given a few choices by the store owner. I picked one at random.

Welll first off the mobo and processor are outdated . Skylake is only a 10% increase so I wouldn't bother so lga 1150 comes into place . Do you prefer Intel or AMD?
