Upgrading my PC

I have the following specs and need to upgrade my following pc with either a rx 470 or gtx 1050 ti and was wondering which wouldn't bottleneck. I also have a Better 450W PSU on the way

Cpu : a8-7600 apu
GPU : integrated graphics
Ram : 8GB crucial 1600mhz
Storage : 250 GB hard drive + 1TB external used for games.

Depending on what games you play that A8 will become a problem (CPU heavy games).

Not major, no. There may be some in certain games, at certain times, and when the CPU is busy keeping up with all the players on a busy server. But getting a lesser card would limit performance other times. Tom's Hardware Hierarchy chart puts the A8-7600 in the same tier as the FX-6300 and Phenom II X4 quad cores. http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/cpu-hierarchy,4312.html

I have a RX-470 in my aging Phenom II X4 965BE (4.1 GHz) rig. No major bottleneck issues so far. The GPU usually has no problem hitting 100% usage. But stutter and lag is sometimes present simply because of the low IPC of the CPU.
