Hello there!

I'm upgrading various components in my pc and I've a few quires...

1. I have a Dell 0nw73c motherboard And I was hoping to replace the existing AMD GPU with a Zotac GeForce GTX 980Ti AMP (Extreme Edition), will this be possible?

2. Can anyone suggest a CPU that would complement the above graphics card?

3. Will i need to upgrade my PSU? (I'll attach a photo of the one I have at the moment).

I'm basically trying to upgrade my pc so that I can run new and upcoming games at 60fps while running medium to high settings at 1920x1080p. If anyone has any other suggestion on how I can achieve this i'd appreciate hearing it!

As always thanks for reading. :D

What are the other specs? Either way, most likely NO. Here is why:
1) The 980ti's TDP is 250 watts. Your psu is 300w. That is 50w at the most for the rest of the system off of a Dell psu (not good idea).
2) Your CPU will most likely bottleneck that GPU. Leads to 3.
3) You will have to buy a new GPU, and PSU. Well now your cpu sucks. Buy a new CPU. Oh, wait now I need a new motherboard, so the CPU fits. Buy a new Mobo. Wait, what? My Ram doesn't fit in this new mobo?! Buy new Ram.

My point is, you will be building a new pc inside of the old case (with the exception of the HDD). And if your spending all this money, youd want a pc with an ssd and more storage anyway. So, I would just build a new PC. Give me your budget and ill show you a great build.

you can keep your cpu and ram ...but you will absolulatly need a new motherboard and new psu
and new pc case

trying to install a gtx 980 ti in this prebuilt pc ...??? NO you can have a compatibility issues and maybe corrupted bios
because its a oem motherboard
