upgrading my pc

I plan to upgrade my cpu to i7770k.
besides from the motherboard is there any more component I need to upgrade?

my pc:
i5 2500k
Scythe ninja 3
RipjawsX 4X2 DDR3
AsusP8P67
gtx780TI
Corsair 600XW

You need to replace the mobo and RAM.

I would simply replace only the GPU and keep the rest, if you use it mainly for gaming.
i5 2500k is still ok for now, especially if it is overclocked.

still, I feel like my cpu struggles in most games.
can you recommend on a good mobo (250$) and 16gb ram (150$)?

Struggle on most games? no!
Struggle on some new heavy AAA games? yes!

For i7 7700k you will need a Z170 or Z270 mobo.
I can not find any Z170/270+16GB RAM for max USD150.
Perhaps others have better sources?

that mobo is not available in my country. we mainly have Gigabyte, Asus and MSI.

well, the Asus Strix Z270F Gaming costs in my country 260$, so that's the reason for my high budget.

The main thing is, try to get 16GB 2x8GB DDR4.
Speed does not play a big role for gaming only rig.
Only aim for faster RAM, if you can afford it.
