Is this over your budget? You should be able to reuse the HDD/Optical Drive although do a clean install of Windows so you can avoid possible conflicting drivers.

Upgrading that computer mainly involves upgrading the videocard. The document says the computer has a 180W external power supply, so you're limited by that. However, the document also says the computer has a 50W 240 in it. So apparently the computer can handle up a 50W card for sure. This means a GT 1030 low profile, single slot videocard would fit right in with no further changes necessary. It'll be a good step up from that 240. It's not very fast, so for Fortnite you'll have to play at lower settings and possibly even 720p, but it would be fine at 1080p for CSGO.

Or build an all new computer. The advantage here is much better performance in all games.

Thanks for the all the help but lets say i just want to build a whole new PC and build it myself would those specs be the best or is there a better computer you could build for me
