Upgrading my PC.

So here is my components for my PC. I was hoping if there's anything I can upgrade, to something at least decent. My budget will vary depending on what to upgrade. I just want to know what I can and cannot upgrade with these type of components.
Motherboard: MSI 760GM-P34
CPU: AMD FX-4300 Quad-Core Processor
RAM: Ramos Technology EWB4GB681CA3-16IC
Disk Drive: TOSHIBA DT01ACA050
Processor: AMD FX

Use 250gb ssd as boot drive,
Add a graphics card , may by gtx1060 6 gb if your psu can support.
Get a better cpu cooler

The best upgrade you can make would be a cpu/motherboard/memory combo. The FX series chips are going on six years old, so purchasing any upgrades for it would result in a severely unbalanced system (when it comes to performance).

This is almost 800 for allthe parts......
But it will last at least 7,8 years for cpu set

If your fx system works fine, then keep using it,
