Hello, I'm planning to upgrade my PC can anyone suggest a gaming PC that's on the budget $500

Here is my specs that I currently own (obviously):

CPU:AMD A6-7400K

RAM: 8GB Dual-Channel DDR3

Motherboard: MSI A68HM-E33 V2

Graphics: GTX 1050 Ti

Storage: 500GB

Ps. Is my graphics card good enough that it won't need an upgrade? (if it's good then just suggestions of good CPU for my graphics)

Is the GTX1050Ti you currently own the 2GB version or the 4GB version? If the latter, you're good to go. Where are you located and what is your preferred site for purchase? You will need to get a CPU, motherboard and ram combo (and an SSD) provided your PSU is up to the task. What is the make and model of your PSU? How old is it?

Here you go:
AMD Ryzen 5 2600 - https://www.amazon.com/AMD-Processor-Wraith-Stealth-Cooler/dp/B07B41WS48/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&qid=1546520888&sr=8-1&keywords=2600&th=1&linkCode=ll1&tag=xm3a06-20&linkId=a301f7cdf33e8588c52d72c2d79c525b
ASRock B450M-HDV - https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157842&ignorebbr=1&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-PCPartPicker,%20LLC-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=
G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 3000MHz - https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820232298&ignorebbr=1&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-PCPartPicker,%20LLC-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=
Crucial MX500 500GB - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0784SLQM6/ref=as_li_ss_tl?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&linkCode=ll1&tag=xm3a06-20&linkId=c09ba10454d26b41a4e10cdc3f40080e

The total is: 395$

There is no need for a GPU upgrade because you have a good one, for now, next year I would suggest you upgrade though.

Thanks for the suggestion! btw can I disable my APU to be able to utilize my video card? or just upgrade a new PC? (If I can, could you please tell me how to?)

If you connect the monitor to the GPU then the display will come from there and there will be no need to touch something in the APU, the Ryzen 2600 don't come with an APU it's just the CPU that you get, you won't be able to use it as a display output.
