[SOLVED] Upgrading my PC

Hey guys! My friend asked me to help him upgrade his pc. Although, i don’t know which part i should upgrade for him. He says he experience stutters and his CPU is always consumed by chrome. Should i upgrade to a i5-9400F or get a new graphics card, perhaps a 1660?

I3-8100
H310M-D
ASUS CERBERUS 1050TI OC
Team 2666mhz 8x2
500w psu

upgrade the CPU to i5-9400F is better.
Do your friend play game when using chrome.I don't think that chrome can consume the cpu?

If it stutters in games then it is definitely the weak gpu. Upgrade that and let him know he'll need to do CPU too....at some point. As mentioned, i5-9400f is great choice.
