I want to upgrade my pc (sh parts). I want to buy a RX 580/ RX 570 , an i5 3570k and 16gb of ram. I have a LGA1155 motherboard ( not upgrading it ) , a i5 2400 , a RX 460 and 8gb of ram.
The RX 580 and 570 have the same price, so I think the 580 is the best option. I don't know if I should buy this CPU now or wait until I can get a new MB and CPU. All this upgrades will cost me around 240$, this is my maximum budged. I know that there will be some bottleneck with the 3570k but I don't think it will hold me back from playing some new games like COD Warzone or RDR II.

Upgrade from i5-2400 to i5-3570k is not that significant (unless you're doing it for additional features like OC support). But since you're not upgrading motherboard, OC probably is not an option anyway.

The thing, you should be more concerned about, is PSU. RX 580 requires good quality 500W PSU.If you try to run a gaming system with poor quality insufficient wattage PSU, this can very easily kill your entire pc.

So should I stick with the 2400 for now and get a new PSU and the RX 580?
Now i got a 450W PSU that surprisingly has a 6 pin and a 6+2 pin connectors.

Yeah, that's really bad one.
It has only 228W on 12V rails. Nowhere close to 450W.

Do not even think about using this PSU with a gaming graphics card.
I've found a new 600W PSU "Aerocool VX Plus 600"
It has 552W on the 12v rails

Or I also can get a SH Gigabyte Superb 720W or a Sirtec 750W Element Smart for the same price (I can also test them to see if they work)
