so im one of those people that got a rtx 3070 ti early on and have no interest in buying this gens GPU since AMD still costs an insane amount in the Scandinavian market... local one at least.
so im going for a cpu and mobo upgrade.... but it seems all the hate ASUS has been getting lately has affected me so now i have no idea what to get..

what i would like is a motherboard for the r7 5800x3d with 2 m.2 slots and 2 SSD´s and no need for over clocking sins i cant oc the cpu..

currently im running asus b450m gaming plus with the r5 3600 it worked fine but its time..

Your current motherboard will support a R7-5800X3D with a bios update:

You have only one m.2 slot , just make it large enough for your needs.
You can also install 4 conventional 2.5" sata ssd devices which can be very large.

I am not so hot for the X3D variants unless your only use is for gaming. It seems that normal work goes better with the non X3D variants.

Modern motherboards and processors are highly binned and have no good room for overclocking.

If AMD is particularly expensive in your market, look at intel 13th gen.
I5-13400 might be a comparable performer

The Ryzen 7 5700X would be a good upgrade while allowing you to continue to use your current board.
