Upgrading my pc

Hi guys,
So last month i bought a new pc,
with these specs:
OS Version: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 860 @ 2.80GHz, Intel64 Family 6 Model 30 Stepping 5
Processor Count: 8
RAM: 8151 Mb
Graphics Card: ATI Radeon HD 5570 , -2048 Mb
Motherboard: MSI, 2A9C, 1.0,
Power supply: Max 460w

But I don't like my graphics card, it can barely play CoD4 on a 1980x1020 resolution.
And i can't even play battlefield bad company 2 on ultra or high...
And battlefield 3 and modern warfare 3 is coming out i would like to play them with reasonable frames, not 20...

So i'm thinking, all i need is a better graphics card,
But i have no idea which, also if i get a better card most likely i will need to get a new power supply right ?

For my psu i was thinking either:
1) Antec High Current Gamer HCG-750 = 750w
or
2)Antec High Current Gamer HCG-620 = 620w

Hey bro, this would do the trick

A 430 watts would easily power up a 6870 machine but it would be better if you got a 500watts for more headroom.

Get a 6950 though. 500w would do the trick . If you want to be safe get a 600w but 500w pretty good for it.

Hmm okay, just another question if i would buy another motherboard and just swap the components most likely my OS won't start right ?

^^ Most likely would not be an issue with the mobo, but the case you have could preclude getting a 6950.

I'm from Belgium so sorry its in dutch , but its pretty obvious.
oh but the only problem is the ram i chose the 1600 but the i5 doesnt support 1600 only 1333, so i might change it then.
