Upgrading my Potato Pc

So, as the title says.
I have all the options ready, thanks to a helpful lad on tomshardware. I just want to ask if they are the right items to go with. Not that I doubt the fellow who helped me before, but need to finalise the items, and he isn't online.
And also some small questions I want to ask. Please help.

I also want to ask, what HDD would be best to buy ? I have been running my PC from months on a 225 GB something SSD and an external HDD. No idea what internal HDD to buy now.

Also, my current specs are : AMD FX 6100, GTX 970, Hyperx 32 GB DDR3 RAM. I don't know what else to provide in the specs.

Yes, regular hard drive it is, budget won't allow for another SSD.
Actually I wanted to ask what HDD to buy, but I guess I will just google about it.

Can you tell me about the list I have shown ? Is it cool to go with ? Or any other items you want to suggest ?
