Upgrading my pre-built Desktop HELP!!

Hi, I am new to computer modifications and was looking for help. I have a budget of approx. £60 to upgrade the graphics of my pre built Acer Aspire M3985 that I have had for around 5 years. Having built-in Intel graphics I thought purchasing a second hand/ cheap GPU would be a start, however should I get one that does not require PSU connection, or should I purchase a new fan also. I am not looking to spend a lot with this project. Minimal gaming would be my aim.

Specs:
CPU: Intel core i3-3220 3.3GHZ
Motherboard : Acer IPIMB-AR REV:1.02A
RAM: 6GB DDR3 1600 MHz
PSU: Delta Electronics 300W.
1 TB HDD

That PSU is very low quality. The only GPU I would take a chance with on that system would be a used GTX750Ti.

If I was to get a better PSU too, do you think all other components are suitable for gaming (with a graphics card added)?

The i3 can do fine, but i would get something like an i5 3570/ i7 3770 if you want to stay on the same platform. And also upgrade the RAM to 8GB.
