Upgrading my processor

Would upgrading my processor from an AMD FX-4100 to an Intel Pentium G3258 be worth it? i would overclock the pentium to around 3.6-3.8ghz.

FX-4100 is quad core @ 3.6 GHz (stock), while Pentium G3258 is dual core and @ 3.6 - 4 GHz when overclocked. I say it's not really worth it.
That, plus the fact you have to get new motherboard with G3258.

You should upgrade to the FX6300. The FX4100 is terrible so the FX6300 would be a huge upgrade.
