I recently have built a computer and I put in a Gigabyte GA-F2A88XM-D3H Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard and an AMD Athlon X2 370K Richland 4.0GHz, Socket FM2, 65W Desktop Processor with a EVGA GeForce GT 730 1Gb DDR3 graphics card. The pc runs great and i love it for browsing the internet and playing a few games. I would really like to start live streaming to twitch and i would like to put a better processor in it to handle streaming HD video. I want a processor that is equivalent to Intel i5 or better. What processor would you recommend i use that is an FM2 or FM2+ socket? I've been looking at the AMD A10-6800k.

Wait a couple of months. The AMD A10-8850K will be out soon and will be noticeably better than the A10-6800K.
The built-in graphics will be good enough that you will be able to sell the GT 730.

Don't buy an i5. This CPU upgrade will be enough for streaming and you won't need to buy a new motherboard.
If you find its still not quite powerful enough don't overclock it. It won't work well in a micro-ATX case. Instead just buy a new graphics card. The R9 270X currently offers good value for money, but there will probably be an R9 370X or Nvidia 950ti by the time you will be looking at getting a new graphics card.

If you don't want integrated graphics the other option is the AMD Athlon X4 870K which will be the same as the A10-8850K, but without integrated graphics. However I admit on the CPU side it will only offer a very small speed boost compared to the 860K CTurbo recommended. It won't quite beat an i5-4460 for CPU power, but it should be able to do what you need it to do.

I dont want to wait to upgrade anything, I want to do it asap. So if i get the AMD Athlon X4 860k and keep my GT 730, my pc should be able to handle streaming in HD without a problem? (internet speed permitting of course)

It should be alright. If its still not doing what you want then it will be the graphics card holding you back and not the CPU.
If you can afford it you may as well grab the R9 370X when it comes out to future proof the graphics card side for newer versions of HD video compression, as well as allowing it to play modern games.
