Upgrading my processor

I'm a fairly new PC gamer and I currently have a AMD six core DD 6200 processor paired with a AMD Radeon HD 7570 graphics card. I would like to upgrade both with the best bang for your buck since I'm still a young college student, and I'm not looking for the super best overall performance but I want to be able to run most games. Thank you for any help you can give. I'm just looking for anyhelp so all options and help are helpful.

Quickest, most stable solution for a budget: i3-something and a 1050ti / rx 560.

Most bang for buck: Ryzen 1600 (6c/12t) with 570

These are all irrelevant without a budget and details on what you need.

I think it is also worth noting that a new processor will require new mobo and ram. Windows 10 if you upgrade from 7 also will not transfer. The cooler may need to be replaced, and if it is a prebuilt, the case may not have standard mounts for atx mobo.

All I am getting at is you may just be looking at a budget build from scratch, or keep the processor and just get a card and maybe an ssd to make things a bit smoother.
