Upgrading my Rig

So i am planning to upgrade either my gpu or cpu in the next month or so. my cpu is i5 2320 and my gpu is a msi gtx 750 ti. If i plan on upgrading my CPU im either getting me a i5 3570k or go with a an 8 core amd processor and a new motherboard. for the the gpu side im thinking of getting a r9 380. fyi i am getting a new psu. So which one should i upgrade that wont bottleneck etc?

If you are going to get an AMD CPU (#AMD) you would also have to get a new motherboard as intel and amd do Not share the same sockets.

And the Gigabyte Radeon R9 380 4GB SOC Video Card ( http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-video-card-gvr938g1gaming4gd ) is a great card and trust me the 4GB's of vram is worth it.

I do not believe that your current cpu will bottleneck you, and if it does, it won't be by much.

But it is up to you.

Stick with intel man. And as Andrew said that gigabyte card is nice, i would go for sapphire but they are all good (MSI,ASUS,GIGABYTE.....)

I don't know honestly. But I have to advise you this: Make sure that the socket is the same.
