Upgrading my Sapphire Hd 5830

Hi there. Was wondering what kind of card I should upgrade to. (I'm not super techy but here's the info I can answer)
APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: 2011

BUDGET RANGE: CAD ($150-200)

USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Gaming - Minecraft with ultra graphic textures, GTA 5 and modern FpS.

I do live in Canada but I will purchase from the U.S online as well.

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1920x1080

I'd like to be able to run my Minecraft with shaders and 128x128 texture packs without frame drops, and GTA 5 is currently almost unplayable because the fps is too low.

Go for a gtx 960 or r9 380
