Upgrading my steel

So yeah, finnaly i can get upgrade for my PC. Here it is:

MB: ASUS P5B -> ASUS P8B75-M LX PLUS
PSU: Codegen 400W
GPU: Radeon HD5670 (1GB ; GDDR5)
CPU: Intel e4400 -> Intel G2020
RAM: 4GB DDR2 800Mhz -> 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600Mhz

You have other offers? And is this cost efficient?

Nice rig.
The only thing you should actually change is the CPU.
You can better get a nice i3/i5/i7. I would recommend a i3 3220. It's like $130 and it can do some great work.

ill stay to g2020 till i3/i5 prices go down thanks for advice anyway.

I would change the power supply. Go with a Seasonic, Corsair, XFX, or Antec to name a few.

This computer will be used for gaming, maybe LITTLE bit for rendering.

My budget is 200 USD / 122 GBP

And im located in Lithuania.

Well you can't do top end gaming the way it is (but I am sure you know that).

For that budget or slightly higher I would be a Intel Core i3-3220 and a HD7750.

I know you said it was too much but the i3 is the lowest I would go. You can get the video card and see how it does but it will be CPU limited with your current cpu.
