Upgrading my sx2800

I was wanting to upgrade to do some gaming, but i don't need an amazing build, nor can i afford one. so, i was thinking of adding a radeon 6790, a 630w psu, and a new case so everything fits and has room to breathe (and has more than one fan). will these new upgrades play nice with the original components or will i need to upgrade some of them as well? thanks!
