upgrading my system i have a power supply question

I'm upgrading from a asus maximus vii hero, i5 4690k, ddr3 ram. upgrading to a asus maximus viii hero motherboard, i5 7600k, ddr4 ram 3000 mhz. right now I'm using a corsair cx600m power supply, thinking of installing my new rosewill hive 750 watt modular power supply. which power supply should I use for the upgrade?

What GPU do you have? How old is Corsair PSU? What is the exact model of the 750W PSU? If you haven't purchased those upgrades, I recommend not to. Not worth it.

I'm using a gigabyte gtx 1060 6gb video card. the corsair power supply I'm guessing is around 3 maybe 4 years old. and I already purchased the upgrade parts. and the exact model of the new psu is a rosewill hive 750 watt semi modular power supply.

asus maximus vii hero motherboard, i5 4690k cpu, corsair cx600m power supply, 500 gb Samsung 850 evo ssd drive, wd blue 1tb hard drive, Seagate firecuda 2.5" sshd drive, corsair h100i v2 cpu cooler, gigabyte gtx 1060 6gb video card, gskill ripjaws x 4x4 16gb of 1600 MHz ddr3 ram.

I suggest you keep using the old. If you can, return the Rosewill and get Seasonic any model or EVGA supernova g2,g3, or Corsair CXM, TXM...

Upgrade from i5 4690k to i5 7600k is rather costly, but performance improvement - meager at best.
Why did you decide on such upgrade?

I agree - upgrading GPU to GTX 1070 or even GTX 1080 would be way more effective.

someone recommended it. its a done deal so I learn from my mistakes. got really good deals on the new parts. got the i5 7600k for 160 dollars, the asus maximus viii hero motherboard for 80 dollars, and the ddr4 ram 16gb for 140 dollars.

520W is more than enough unless you will upgrade to GTX1080 soon.

no plans on upgrading to a gtx 1080 to expensive. and I'm going to just stick with my cx600m power supply. never had any issues with it and its running strong. also don't want to spend anymore money.
