Upgrading my system!!!

Hey guys looking to upgrade my system for Primarily gaming.

heres what i own so far

FX-6300
MSI 760G P43FX AM3+
Kingston 4GB RAM 2x2 CL11
500w PSU
Monitor
Keyboard
Mouse

everything else is fair game.
Specs of the mobo
Supports four unbuffered DIMM of 1.5 Volt DDR3 1066/1333/1600/1866(OC) DRAM, 32GB Max
• 1 PCI Express 2.0 x16 slot
• 3 PCI EXpress 2.0 x1 slots
• 2 PCI slots
AM3+

Budget is between £300-£600

dump the 4gb kit and get 8 gig kit with a better timing...prefer cl9 at 1600mhz

as for the gpu you can go with the gtx760 or the 270x

don't know what psu you have....hope it is a good brand and if not get a psu too, preferable corsair,seasonic,xfx,etc.

hmmmm, Well if i got the extra 4gb of ram it would be equal to 8gb, and i was torn between the gtx 760 or the R9 280x

it will be equal to 8gb for sure but there are very high chances that you might run into compatibility problems.

to be on the safe side get an 8gb kit straight way.

as for the gpu....i would go for the 280x (it is better than the gtx760 in fact very near to gtx770)
