Hey guys so i am thinking of upgrading my system cause i think its getting kinda old.I will be mostly using it for animation and games.I would like some suggestions for a new build and if its the right time to build a pc now or wait a bit more.
Current build:
i7 4790
gtx 980 4gb
ddr3 16gb ram
ssd 440 gb
hdd 2 tb
psu seasonic 750w gold
mobo ecs h81h3-m3
Im looking to upgrade my cpu ram mobo and gpu with a budget of 1000€.I leave in Greece.

Solution
All the Ryzen 2000 & 3000 series CPUs will come with a cooler. They also have the layout for the AM4 chipset so you won't have to get a different mounting bracket. The MSI...MAX motherboards are preconfigured for Ryzen 3000 series. Right now the best mid level CPUs are the 3600/X the 3600X comes with a better cooler and higher frequencies without having to do any over clocking. The best price/performance high end CPU is the 3700X. It will perform within 2-5% of the 9900K in games with a 2080Ti and out perform it on a majority of non-gaming tasks. Having the extra cores will mean it is more "future proof" than the 3600, in theory.

This particular gpu is not available in my country sadly. Also is there anything thats worth putting more money in like cpu or gpu or is this the best value?

For gaming you will want a more power GPU vs CPU. The Ryzen 3600 is a very good general purpose CPU with 6c/12t and has performance around that of a stock i7-8700K. For the GPU the 5700/XT have better price/performance than the RTX 2060/Super, 2070/Super. However, for the Radeons you will want one with a 3rd party cooler like the XFX that was linked. You can also change up the motherboard a bit to save some money there that will allow a large SSD to the build.

These two are the only ones that are not blower cards
MSI Radeon RX 5700 XT 8GB Mech OC
MSI Radeon RX 5700 XT 8GB Evoke OC
I need the system for 144hz 1080p gaming mostly and want to be a bit futureproof at least the cpu and mobo.I was also thinking for i7 9700 and rtx 2070 super but i dont know if they are worth it.I dont really need another ssd.

The 2070 Super is only about 5% faster than the 5700XT, all while being 25% more expensive https://www.anandtech.com/show/14618/the-amd-radeon-rx-5700-xt-rx-5700-review/16 While this review was done with the AMD reference cards, the MSI cards will have similar to better performance and should be far quieter.
For the CPUs there is basically no reason to go with Intel at all anymore against the Ryzen 3000 series. Here is another choice with the Ryzen 3700X which is 8c/16t CPU.

You could save a few dollars and go with the 3600X as well which is 6c/12t and has a better cooler than the 3600.
