Question Upgrading my system

I am new to computers and I am going to be upgrading from an a320m motherboard with a ryzen 3 1200. The maker of my current computer recommended I buy a steel legend z390 and a i5 9600k. I was wondering if someone on here would like to help me through the upgrade. Thanks in advance.
