Upgrading myHP Pavilion A6623.uk with AM2+ socket on Asus M2N68-LA

Hello I have an HP Pavilion A6623.uk FZ118AA AMD DualCore 3GB / 500GB With an AMD Athlon X2 4450 Dual Core Processor (2.3 GHz x 2) processor , it has an AM2+ socket on Asus M2N68-LA motherboard.
in the future I might consider an upgrade what can be done. processor RAM etc
