I have Theses Specs
Intel I7 4770
Gtx 650
And i will upgrade to the Gigabyte R9 280x it seems a bit better than the Gtx 770 so What psu will have enough power and all the connectors required?

If that's all that's in your system, you'll be able to get away with a pretty small PSU. Cooler master's wattage calculator said you'd only need 299 watts, but feel free to look it up yourself here: http://www.coolermaster.outervision.com/PSUEngine

Paying $50 - $120 gets you 400w - 460w of quality from Seasonic or Corsiar
