So I want and Output for HDMI (for an HDTV), and the best processor can go on my system, any gaming at all...

Originally was going to buy this

  Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 4650 512 MB Low Profile

But sellers from eBay told me I can use a E7600 (45nm), somy best would be a E6700(65nm)
And seller of Radeon told me that video card cant fit on my PCI-e, but I think it can, what do you think?

Just need a little better PC not Gaming, just HDMI and for the $50 of processor and video card I think it will be quite good

So it will run or fit in to my PC? Thanks in advance!

I would suggest a system rebuild....You are probably looking at throwing money at upgrading what you have for $50, and realizing it still need parts...

What are you trying to run on this computer?

I want the Radeon to play movies on my TV with the HDMI port because I dont have just that and processor just to change i know there is not much difference, just wanna now if can i use that HW

I wanna use my HDTV as monitor, so I need an HDMI port

I see a review of the Radeon on the link you give and say this "I purchased this card for use in a home theater, but found that output from the HDMI port at 1080P flickered quite a bit making this card less than great. "

He said later bought and "ASUS EN210 SILENT" and it was fine, what should I buy?

LOL - the problem with most of the GPUs and HTPC is called the 29/59 problem - where the TV and the GPU are trying to go from 1080i to 1080p using a digital cable card tuner and Windows Media Center. It doesn't happen with DVDs, BluRay, Netflix or other HD streams. BTW - I have the ASUS 210 Silent - and with my TV - I have the 29/59 problem....when I switched to the onboard graphics (AMD processor), it was still there. I searched high and low, and to really get rid of that problem - you either give up on Windows Media Center, or buy a high dollar GPU.

The ASUS EN210 Silent is a good GPU - I use it on my desktop....not good for gaming - but does everything else well.

Virtually any graphics card that has DVI or HDMI outputs will display on HDTV's at 1080 resolution.

So the 29/59 problem only happend with windows media center, not any other player or just usin my hdtv as monitor right?

Correct - it was with HD cable channels. I ended up using the XBOX 360 on my big screen TV (it has the full Windows Media Center as an extender), and I use the HTPC on a 32" TV that can only display 720p....so I don't have the problem.
