Hello boys and girls!

So I decided to upgrade my PC, and I need your help.

So, the thing is that I have an ASUS M4A77TD Motherboard and an AMD Radeon HD5770 Graphics card with a Phenom II X4 Processor. (Which is about 5 years old now)
And I want to upgrade by components, not everything at once, because... you know, money... :)
I was thinking about to first buy the motherboard and the processor, so I can put my older graphics card and memory inside the new motherboard while I wait for money to get the other components too. :)
Please tell your opinion, and suggetion, maybe I should chose other motherboard, anything you want to, I'm really nervous, because of compatibility, etc... :) + which case you suggest?

The build what I want: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Qfh9yc

Thank you for taking time to read this. :) (Sorry, if I wrote something wrong, I tried my best english skill😀)

Solution

GTX 970 has PCIe 3.0, the motherboard has 2.0 but that doesn't matter that much, you might lose a little bit of performance but it will run pretty good.
The ram will work also
Can handle it :)
