Upgrading Origin High End System

It's been awhile since I did a raw build, i.e. 10 years.

I purchased a very fast system last year for mostly work graphics, CAD and Adobe Photoshop on a high end gaming system from Origin. I'm now starting to game on it too and I'm realizing I totally screwed up on the graphics cards. I run dual monitors which are Samsung Ultrasync HD monitors 1080p.

1. Do I need 2 new video cards or can just one higher end card handle both monitors? Which one?

I think the CPU should be good and there is plenty of memory (32GB) and storage but I'd like to put the two solid state drives 512GB in a raid array and leave the 3TB drive for backups.

2. Do I need a RAID card of some sort?

The system seems to lag when downloading images from the internet and performing processor hungry tasks, meaning the mouse and keyboard will lag. The audio lags too. I have a Corsair gaming mouse and keyboard.

3. Do I need a dedicated network card as the computer is hard wired to the router?

4. Do I need a dedicated audio card?

Finally, here are the computer's current specs:

1 MILLENNIUM PRO

Thanks. I just ordered an MSI 980 and a new monitor LG34" 21:9 which will be great for work stuff. I contemplated 4K but I'll wait as I hate the extremely small fonts that don't scale well for work applications.
