I have a HP Pavilion a1320in computer currently running Windows XP Professional SP3 and wish to upgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate (32 bit). I know that I have to perform a clean installation.
My system configuration is as follows -
RAM - 2GB DDR2
HDD - 160GB
Processor - Intel Pentium 4 524
Graphics - ATI Radeon Xpress 200 (256MB)
My BIOS version is 3.24 for RC 410-M Motherboard. But while reading up on the net I found that there were some problems regarding the installation getting stuck inspite of meeting the Windows 7 Requirements.
I want advise on how to resolve the issue and can I use ATI's driver for Windows Vista on Windows 7 since ATI does not support this version.
I HAVE USED WINDOWS 7 UPGRADE ADVISOR AND IT HAS SHOWN THAT MY SYSTEM CAN RUN WINDOWS 32 BIT VERSION
