upgrading pc for lightroom 6 and photoshop cc

i have an Intel i3 4130 processor and gigabyte ga-h81m-s1 motherboard, 500gb internal hdd and 2 tb external hdd. if i upgrade my ram to 8gb ddr3 ram and add a ASUS Nvidia GeForce GT 710 2GB 64-Bit DDR3 gpu, will i be able to experience significant changes ?. i am using this pc for lightroom 6 and photoshop cc. and is this build correct ?

just the 8gb ddr3 ram would do ? i was actually worrying because my processor isnt new..so was thinking of a gpu

either get a better one or skip it. gt 710 as weak/weaker than the iGPU.
