I'm upgrading my PC so I can get the 7th generation Intel processors. I can only afford the I3-7100 right now and 8 GB's of RAM,
but I don't know what motherboard to buy. I'm looking for something less than $120. I would like it to be overclock-able, be able to put 2 more sticks of the RAM I'm getting in it to make it 16 GB's (If I need to change RAM suggest what I'll need), I don't care about the looks of it either. I basically want to be able to upgrade my PC for a long time with this motherboard, without it being super expensive.[strike][/strike]

If I decide not to OC on future builds, would this MOBO work? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MR31OZ8/?tag=pcpapi-20

Solution
You don't want to run two separate kits.

You can't oc a 7100 or any Intel processor that doesn't have a k at the end of it's name. Might as well save money and get a b250 motherboard. I'd also suggest dropping the CPU to a g4560 it's 90% of the performance for half the price. Will let you get your 16gb ram up front or a better GPU.

I plan on upgrading the PC to a processor that will be able to OC which is why I want the motherboard. I've thought of the G4560, but am on budget, and don't know if I could afford 16 GB's of RAM, and haven't seen any for less than $130, unless I could buy 2 orders of this https://flash.newegg.com/Product/9SIAA445JC3649?icid=WP_17_07212017.
