So my current build is the h110 msi mobo 8gigs of viper ram gtx 1050 500 gigs hdd a thermaltake 650 psu semi mod and a pentium g4600 with windows 10 home 64 bit so im upgrading the mobo to a ASRock Z370 Extreme4
adding another stick of 8gb same viper one then adding a hp700 500 gig ssd and possibly upgrading to an intel core 13 8100 and im thinking of cooling the cpu with a water thing and moving everyrhing else, would i be able to keep my windows 10 key or have to delete it and buy a new or anything else that i might have problems with?

You're buying a Z chipset for an I3?
There's no reason to consider the I3 anymore.

Get an i5 8400 and a cheaper motherboard. Perhaps the B360 or H370 Fatal1ty boards from ASRock.
Unless you want to overclock (which you can't anyway with that 8100), you don't need the Z chipset.
Or you can get some. 7xxx series CPU without changing the motherboard.

I also recommend changing the GPU. At least a 1060 6GB.
