Is the parts I have
What I am getting is the Ryzen 2600 with the gigabyte ab350 mobo and a Kingston 120gb ssd
So first I wanna know how to transfer my os from hdd to ssd
Second is how to update the bios without a cpu
Third is how took Windows from getting cancer in the process and not letting me use my programs and see files

Solution
Unless your Windows is sitting on a partition with less than about 100Gb of data on it you cannot clone Windows to a 120Gb SSD. Also as you are changing motherboard a Windows reinstall is highly recommended and may even be your only option as Windows may not even boot after the change.

Also to do a BIOS update requires a cpu compatible with the existing BIOS to be installed. Very few motherboards support BIOS updating without a cpu.

Agreed. I would look at the b450 boards. They really arent that much more now. And can save you a lot of trouble. Also you want to do a fresh install. Since you already have win10 it's pretty easy even with out the disks. You can just go to their website and follow the steps to make a bootable win 10 USB drive. And install it from there.

Edit: forget to mention the 120gb ssd. If you can spare the money try to get at least a 240gb. Good chance you will be happy later that you did
