I will recommend you to upgrade your CPU,MB&RAM, as 1050 Ti still mostly usable in recent years. Get 8400 if you prefer to use intel, but ryzen 2600 would be better if you focus on performance and pricing as it has a lower price and more thread with 12 threads compare to 6 threads i5-8400. You may refer the website provided from the answer by WildCard999

Besides motherboard (based on which CPU you want to buy first), having a 16GB ddr4 RAM would be the best if your budget is higher than average or else 8GB as minimum for Win 10.

Thank you for your help.last question:
Is b360 MB proper for ryzen 5 and doing OC?
No, that's a Intel motherboard. For AMD you'll want a AMD B450 motherboard. One last thing with AMD is that it performs better with fast memory so you'd want to pair it with 3000/3200mhz memory in dual channel (2x8gb). For Intel 2666 is fine and makes little difference in gaming.
