I have a Budget Of $490 , this includes the monitor as well.

Aib 5700 and xt seem to be out of stock.

1660ti will try for 144hz, but you may need to reduce settings.
Psu is enough, but id upgrade to the 550w if...

Can you state what you're going to need to purchase? Your post looks like you've already bought the CPU, Ram and GPU. You also will need to include your location and your preferred site for purchase for us to narrow down parts suggestions.

I was told best option would be to upgrade GPU and power supply.
Also I’m looking for a monitor it’s part of the budget. Amazon is where I buy a lot from and eBay, I live the United States .

GPU and PowerSupply need upgraded

(Remember Monitor is part of Budget)
I need that too

I think that to get 144 Hz at 1080p you are looking at something like an RTX 2060 which is going to eat up around $350-$400 of your cash....which will leave you enough left for a PSU....but squeezing that and a monitor out of $490 isn't going to happen.

What do you mean by reducing settings? Do you mean changing graphics in games I play?
