upgrading power supply suggestion

I am now on my PSU upgrade and found 2 that peaked my interest but are on the level of "too good to be true price" anyone use or suggestions if these are good . more interested in the ebay one ,for obvious reasons lol.

i got a 80+ bronze 500 watt evga psu for $22 from a used computer place near me looked up and talked to 2 different computer places and they said was fine on everything
