Upgrading prebuilt cyberpower pc

FRICK i updated it wrong link

Wrong link i updated the post sorry!!

get a freesync monitior because it is cheaper than g-sync (a feature to
some monitors for smoother gameplay if you have an AMD graphics card, g-sync is just like freesync except for nvidia graphics cards and more expensive) (preferably 144hz (lets you actually see up to 144fps look it up))
and/or
maybe get a 1600X AMD Processor(on sale now for 210$):

and/or
RX 580 Graphics Card (best deal I could find) (cheaper than nvidia+ better for freesync monitiors):
http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/162582466150?vectorid=229466&lgeo=1&item=162582466150&rmvSB=true
and/or
QUALITY Peripherals (Mouse, Keyboard, Headphones, etc.) (Personally I like razor peripherals)

also whats your budget?

so upgrade the graphics card? sorry i know literally nothing about computers. i mainly wanna play h1z1 and PUBG so whatever i need to play those without a problem i want to upgrade cause right now im dropping a lot of frames playing those games

upgrade the rx 460 to a gtx 1060 6gb
https://www.amazon.com/MSI-GAMING-GTX-1060-6G/dp/B01IEKYD5U
upgrade you cpu to a higher ghz with 2 more cores to this https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113284&cm_re=am3_cpu-_-19-113-284-_-Product
id also upgrade cooler. try the cryorig h7 quad lumi
https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA4UF53D6676&cm_re=cryorig_h7_lumi-_-9SIA4UF53D6676-_-Product but not going to be in stock for a while so wait till they are in stock
id also upgrade monitor with free sync technology witch improves screen tearing for lag free gaming use this monitor Asus - VG245H 24.0" 1920x1080 75Hz Monitor

all of those are terrible buys I'm helping you out here m8
plus the ryzen 5 cpu won't work he has a am3 socket not a am4 so the cpu he put the link for in incompatible
and the rx 580 is way overpriced. the gtx 1060 6gb is a way better buy

also you could 16 GB of ram, if you know what yours is either 2x4GB (get another 2x4 kit if you have enough room on motherboard )or 1x8GB(get another 8GB stick of RAM) VERY Imporant you have to get the same exact kit that is already on it!! EX: if you have CORSAIR 8GB (2 x 4GB) Dominator Platinum DDR4 3000MHz now YOU HAVE TO BUY THE SAME EXACT kit so youd have to get another CORSAIR 8GB (2 x 4GB) Dominator Platinum DDR4 3000MHz NOT 1x8 Dominator Platinum DDR4 3000MHz and MAKE SURE THE MHz match up. :)
and/or
if you want games to load faster get
https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820147371

Overall its you choice and if you play certain games alot just research if the game is ram, processor, or graphics card intensive!!

My budget is about 500-600 dollars right now

yes and the upgrades he suggested are way over my upgrades are compatible. his he just listed down a random cpu he assumed would work but it did my upgrades cost about 300 and its worth it

Before you make some crazy decisions.

you made a terrible choice buying that pc.
1) you need to upgrade the psu , no matter what.

2) you are on a dead platform that means, theres no cpu upgrade on that motherboard thats viable for you.

and it sucks but the games u want to playa re cpu intensive, that means new mobo cpu ram and probably a new windows lisence

id go to pc part picker and find a good build there and sell the cyber power pc

Agreed and for a cpu this one is the best you can get without upgrading ignore my previous post
