Hello, can i know what to do to upgrade my cpu? do i only need to buy a new processer or ram or change the fan or something etc...

currently have AMD E2-3200 Apu with 6370 HD Graphic... and what is the list of AMD its upgradable to for gaming?

You don't need to buy anything except the CPU itself (most come with Heatsink and Fan). You're current CPU uses the FM1 socket which is a tad outdated haha. So the best CPU/APU I found to fit your socket is the AMD A6-3500 Llano: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103951

In my opinion, that CPU/APU is cheap so I would personally purchase an additional graphics card to CrossFireX with your CPU/APU (The best being an AMD Radeon HD 6670): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121442

You wont be able to play the newest games at the highest settings but thats your best option right now. The total will be around $155 if not less.
