Upgrading processor AMD X3 455 3.3ghz

Alright, i am new at those things.
So i'm going to buy AMD fx 6300 3,5 ghz instead of my AMD X3 455 3,3 ghz.
Can you tell me how much pefromance i would get?

For example cs:go - now i have around 100 fps

My PC:
GTX 950 OC
AMD X3 455 3.3 ghz
4gb ram 1333mhz
M68MT-S2

Check the revision, 3.1 only but if it's from Athlon II era it's most likely one of first ones.

According to this chart BIOS version should be "FB", it's to the right of chosen processor.

P.S.
I just realized it lists only first FX processors with Bulldozer cores like FX 6100, FX 6300 has Vishera core which are third generation. I can't tell from it if it's all the way compatible.
