Hi there!

I have a PC with a really old processor (Intel i3-2100) and a motherboard (Intel Corporation DH61WW)
I am thinking to upgrade to Ryzen 5 1400 and getting the B350M GAMING PRO Motherboard.
Also Upgrading my ram from DDR3 4GB 1333mhz to DDR4 4GB 2133 or 2400mhz.

I do some heavy gaming and sometimes video editing.
Also I want to make sure that this new rig won't bottleneck with my graphics card.
Let me know if my upgrade is worth it.

Specs
CPU - Intel Core i3 2100
RAM - 4.00GB DDR3 1333mhz
GPU - Geforce GTX 950
Motherboard - Intel Corporation DH61WW

Solution
Your GPU is still good enough to be reused.
For the other parts here are my suggestions. Get the 1500x instead of the 1400 as it is much better in terms of performance and will last much longer at a little extra price.
For the motherboard, get the MSI B350 Tomahawk board, again its a little bit of price difference from the Gaming Pro but an immensely better board with lots of features and very popular among Ryzen Builders.
For the RAM, Ryzen actually performs better with higher RAM and you will need atleast 8gb to go anywhere near heavy gaming and video editing... https://www.toptengamer.com/best-ram-amd-ryzen-5-7-cpu/
