Upgrading PSU and GPU in Dell Vostro 470 Mini Tower

I was wondering what would be the best psu and gpu that could fit in my vostro 470 mini tower case. It is not the slim.

Here are my specs.
i5 3450
8 gb ram
windows 7


any help and links would be great!

It's difficult to even find pictures of the insides of pre-built computers online, let alone specifications for maximum psu length or gpu length, so I suggest you just measure the space available yourself. Newegg is a good place to find length specified for video cards (even if you end up buying them from another site), and here's a list of physically-short psus you can consider:
