Hello,
I have a z87m-plus motherboard and was looking to upgrade my PSU and GPU, but I'm not especially technically minded and am not sure what I should be looking for, in particular with the PSU.
My current graphics card is a GTX 760, and my power supply is an AcBel iPower 85 550 PCA013 500W.
My RAM is 16GB and my resolution is 1920 x 1080, with a i7-4770k CPU.
My reason for upgrading those two components is that any time I attempt to play a game on the lowest settings, whether its windowed or fullscreen, my monitor always goes blank and shows a "no signal" message, with no sound or ability to return to the desktop, which inevitably causes me to need to restart my computer.
From searching around various forums and sites, the problem seems to be with my current graphics card, hence why I'm looking to upgrade it, and I thought to upgrade the PSU too, to accommodate the new graphics card.
Would there be other components that I should upgrade, such as the fan in order to keep everything cool, or should the PSU and GPU be able to fix my problem?
If anyone can offer any help or recommend compatible components for my motherboard, it would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks,

Hello,
Thank you for the reply. I'm not exactly sure of the problem myself, and unfortunately asking Asus didn't help due to the outdated components.
I have another question however, for the gtx 1060 would the 6GB or 3GB be better, and what are the differences?
Many thanks again,
