Upgrading PSU help

I currently have a 240 W PSU for a computer I bought at staples

I want to upgrade it to a PSU that can run this GPU:

I don't understand if all of this is compatible or not. Please help!

Any good quality 380W or better PSU with at least 1 x 6-pin PCIe connector should be fine for that card.

By using http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/ you can put in all your computer specifications and it will give you an estimated watt usage, just get a psu that is slightly over that estimate(80+ certified PSUs have more reliability). If you plan on upgrading more, then just get a PSU that is well over the estimate.
