I'm considering upgrading my brothers' Hyena 500W hunk of junk just for peace of mind. However, I'm not sure the Seasonic G Series 360W is quite sufficient. Specs are as follows...

i7 870
Galaxy GTS 450 1GB
4x 2GB DDR3 sticks.
2x DVD drives
1x HDD
All Stock, no OCing. Nothing fancy.

Based on the Cooler Masters' PSU calculator and a few review websites including Tomshardware and Anandtech, the CPU uses ~180W max. Estimated from the PSU calculator, the GPU uses ~100W. From various review websites it uses as much as 250W.
So here's my dilemma. Based on the calculator the 360W might just be sufficient. ~340W with the optical drives, <300W without them (which is an option, he doesn't use them). Dropping another $20 could get the 450W version, which should give a little more headroom.

Is the Seasonic G-360W sufficient for this system, with or without the opticals? Or is the 450W preferable?
